一.【用途 Application】：
适应于CAT5E、CAT6、IEEE1394、DVI、HDMI等芯线的双层共挤化学发泡或实心芯线押出。
Suitable for double-layer co-extrusion chemical foaming or solid core extrusion for cores such as CAT5E, CAT6, IEEE1394, DVI, and HDMI.

1.适用材料:FM-PE、PE。
2.整机速度:发泡芯线(Max)400m/min、实心芯线(Max)600m/min。
3.品质控制:配备外径与电容检测装置,全程控制产品的外径,发泡度等工艺参数。
4.机头:选配欧州进口机头或国内优质双层机头,实现内外层精密押出。
5.电控:进口变频器 PLC触摸屏控制。

3. Quality control: Equipped with outer diameter and capacitance detection device, full control of product outside diameter, foaming degree and other process parameters.
4. Machine head: Match Europe imported nose or domestic high-quality double head to achieve accurate extrusion inside and outside.
5. Electronic control: imported inverter PLC touch screen control.
