等等众多的工业生产领域，经常会遇到高黏稠、高敏

感度、高硬度并带有颗粒、或者气-液或固-液混合输

送的问题。例如：生物制品、血液制品、酶制剂、酸

奶、巧克力、肉浆、酵母溶液、各种浆料、化妆品等

等。长期以来，针对这类产品的输送难题，人们设计

出了多种不同的输送泵，如转子泵、单螺杆泵、蠕动

泵、齿轮泵、隔膜泵、正弦泵、柱塞泵等。但在工业

生产实践中，它们普遍存在着通用性差、兼容性差、

设备使用和维护成本高、能耗大、设备性价比差、很

多时候不能满足生产要求。针对这些难题，“双宁螺

杆泵”公司的研发团队，经过多年的不懈努力探索，

首先开发出了具有国际先进技术水平的、可广泛适用

与各种黏度物料、多种工艺条件和生产状况的物料输

送系统-螺杆转子泵。

   螺杆转子泵专门针对剪切力高度敏感物料的输送，

高粘度物料的输送，含有较多颗粒物料输送的超级卫

生容积泵，可广泛应用于食品、乳制品、啤酒、番茄

酱，制糖，食用油，饮料、制药，日化等等工业领域，

是替代传统的转子泵、单螺杆泵，解决各种物料输送

   通过特殊设计的螺旋系统，相互啮合，与腔体内

壁紧密配合，形成一系列动态的、空间曲面相互密封

的平行小室。相对运动形成的动态旋转曲面密封结构，

随着连续的啮合和分离运动，从前到后连续不断重复

发生，将腔体中的流体沿着螺旋方向连续推移，高压

平稳输出，这就是螺杆转子泵独特而完美的工作原理。

   螺杆转子泵完全符合EHEDG、FDA、GMP、3A的

卫生标准和要求，全部采用现代卫生流体设备的制造

标准和国际规范，设备内部没有任何死角、可完全进

    It is high demanding work for the delivery of high viscosity,

high sensitivity, with particles, gas --- liquid or solid --- liquid,

non-homogeneous mixture transportion in many industrial

media, for example: biological products, blood products,

enzymes, yogurt, chocolate,meat paste, yeast solution,

pulp and so on. For the delivery of such products, people

design a variety of pumping solutions, like lobe pumps,

single-screw pumps, gear pumps, diaphragm pumps, sine

pump, peristaltic pump, piston pump,pumping drum pump,

pressure plate pumps etc.However, they are un-universally

versatility, compatibility,high energy consumption,low

efficiency, high maintenance costs, often can not meet the

requirements of production process.

13)  泵不但可以输送低黏度的物料，而且可以输送极高黏度的物料。只要

物料能够流动，螺杆转子泵就能输送；

有大量的气泡，也不产生水锤效应，实现对产品的最平稳的输送和对生产设备最大的保护；
