无烟煤介绍
无烟煤，俗称白煤或红煤。是煤化程度最大的煤。无烟煤固定碳含量高，挥发分产率低，密度大，硬度大，燃点高，燃烧时不冒烟。黑色坚硬，有金属光泽。以脂摩擦不致染污，断口成贝壳状，燃烧时火焰短而少烟。不结焦。一般含碳量在90%以上，挥发物在10%以下。无胶质层厚度。热值约6000-6500千卡/公斤。有时把挥发物含量特大的称做半无烟煤；特小的称做高无烟煤。
与使用烟煤相比，由于无烟煤挥发份较低，因此需要一个相对较大的分解炉，以期获得相同的生料分解率和相同的煤粉燃烬程度，或者要求一个较高的操作温度，或者将无烟煤磨得更细一些。
一般鉴定型煤冷、热机械强度的方法有三种:
①抗压强度指无烟煤定的强度称为冷抗压度；将无烟煤在高温下加热一段时间后，再进行测定，即为热抗压强度。具有较高的热抗压强度，才能使无烟煤在燃烧过程中维持形状燃烧而不散。
②跌落强度如前所述，在使用无烟煤过程中，无烟煤要经多次跌落。所以也要求无烟煤具有一定的抗冲击能力。无烟煤的跌落强度是鉴定抗冲击能力的质量指标之一。煤球(5kg)从一定高度(1．3～1．5m)同时自由落下至一定厚度的(15mm)钢板上，这样反复落下三次，最后以大于13mm的粒度的质量百分率表示落下强度的指标。一般认为，这个指标大于85％为好。
③耐磨强度无烟煤的耐磨强度，对于炼铁、钙镁磷肥生产以及制合成氨原料气使用的煤球来说都很重要，它也是检测型煤内部粉煤颗粒互相结合的牢固程度的方法之一。无烟煤可以在冷态下进行耐磨试验，也可以在热态下进行。测定热态下的耐磨强度更能接近使用时的实际情况。显然无烟煤耐磨强度愈高，在炉内燃烧、气化时就愈不容易粉化和增加带出物。总之，抗压强度、跌落强度和耐磨强度是判断型煤冷、热机械强度的三项主要指标。
新型干法水泥生产线装备有现代化的燃烧器，现代化的燃烧器配备有适当的火焰调节装置，可以使无烟煤没有任何问题地在窑头进行燃烧。燃烧器的作用不仅仅是输送和分布煤粉，更主要的是保持火焰的理想长度和合适的气体流场。火焰的长度对于新型干法窑来讲十分重要，火焰如果过短，煤的潜热只能在较小体积内释放出来，火焰的温度就会在局部变得很高，相反，如果火焰长度加长，温度就会下降。火焰的长度主要靠燃烧器的推动力进行控制。
无烟煤用途
无烟煤块煤主要应用是化肥（氮肥、合成氨）、陶瓷、制造锻造等行业；无烟粉煤主要应用在冶金行业用于高炉喷吹（高炉喷吹煤主要包括无烟煤、贫煤、瘦煤和气煤）。
