机器的安装与使用
Installation and use of the machine
1：本机在出厂前均进行过加热运行以及正常的工艺测试，和温度的整定（合格出厂）

2：使用单位在安装时、必须提供平整的安装场地、安装时整机必须水平较过。

3：操作使用：机器全面检查及清洗后，使主辊运转，确定运转方向。随即将毛毯带动通过涨力辊等系统使毛毯涨紧。开始加温运转，使温度达到100℃时恒温运转一定时间。全机处于正常状态下，包括花纸、忖纸等的准备，即可升温至印花工艺需要温度。在生产产品前应引入头子布、使主辊及副辊和毛毯表面上的污物，油渍等给予清洁掉，以免玷污产品。
