一、螺旋输送机适用范围

二、结构特点及性能
特点：
1、LS型螺旋输送机属非基础固定式，它是由驱动电机减速箱外壳管螺旋体依次相连，结合为一个整体。
2、轴端与螺旋体采用渐开线花键（或矩形花键）联接，装拆方便，承载能力大，安全可靠。
3、输送机外壳是由钢管通过法兰将各段联接为整体，因此它整体刚性好，从而可以随意选择工作位置和工作姿态，并可随意拆装移动。
4、进出料口可根据工作现场情况制成所需要的倾斜角度，并与其它配套设备的联接固定。
5、该机的螺旋叶片采用盘形钢带轧制而成的整体连接叶片，其螺旋面精度高，内孔外径螺旋距尺寸精确，输送工况最佳，（如果采用单片组焊叶片必须达到上述要求）。
性能：
1、凡是物料适合螺旋输送的场合均可采用该机型进行输送，无论是水平、倾斜还是垂直状态均可连续输送，尤其是倾斜和垂直输送时它可直接与其配套的设备联接固定，不需要地基基础，充分利用空间。
2. 它具有良好的密封性，无粉尘和污染泄漏现象，即不浪费物料又创造了良好的工作环境。
3. 它的螺旋体直径小、转速高、输送量大，特别适用于倾斜和垂直输送。鉴于上述结构特点和性能，LS型螺旋输送机必将获得广泛的应用，它不但是GX型螺旋输送机更新换代产品，而且在许多场合可以取代其它形式的输送机械。
三、技术参数与选用
该螺旋输送机的选用，首先在物料适合螺旋输送的前提下，用户根据上面所提供的参数和现场工艺布置来确定螺旋输送机的型号规格、位置状态和长度。
用于混凝土搅拌站和输送物料容量较大的螺旋输送机的倾角不应大于50°，否则输送功率大大降低。
