本起动器适用于交流50Hz或60Hz电压至660V、电流至95A以下的电路中作为控制三相鼠笼式电动机之起动、停止及反向运转之用，具有体积小、安装方便之特点。它具有欠压和过载保护性能。
本起动器适用于在一般正常环境下使用，（不能防暴、防腐）本产品具有（带按钮、钮子、密封圈和不带钮等）品种，适用于湿热带地区。技术数据：备装产品型号、规格、控制容量。 |
| | ![]() | 三、正常工作和安装条件 The normal working and installment conditions
1、周围空气温度：周围空气温度上限不超过+40℃，下限不低于-5℃，24h的平衡温度不超过+35℃。
2、安装地点的海拔高度不超过2000m。
3、空气相对湿度在周围空气温度为40℃时不超过50％，在较低的温度不可以有较高的相对温度，最湿月的月平均最低温度为+25℃时，月平均最大相对温度为90％，并考虑由于温度变化可能在产品表面产品凝露。
4、安装地点的环境污染等级为3级。
5、安装类别为III类。
6、安装条件：A.与垂直面的安装倾斜不超过5°B.安装在无显著振动和冲击的地方。

3、Atmospheric relative temperautres does not surpass 50％ when the surrounding air temperature are 40℃,Can not have a higher relative humidity in a lower temperature.In the wettest month monthly aveage most low temperature is +25℃,the monthly average maximum relative humidity is 90％.and consideration the dew on product surface.Because of the temperature change

| | | 6、性能要求 Performance Requirements
起动器可以长期连续工作及在不带热继电器时操作，频率可每小时600次的反复短时工作。
吸引线圈在85％-110％额定电压时能可靠工作，其释放电压约为70-20％额定电压。
起动器主触头在操作频率为600次/小时，通电持续率为40％。接通额定电压，6倍额定电流断开0.16倍频率电压，额定电流接通，断开时率因数为0.35，其电气寿命不低于64万次。
起动器的机械寿命为300万次。
起动器的辅助触头，其额定电流为5A。
热继电器具有温度补偿机构，可补偿电压环境温度变化而引起的温度。
热继电器过载满足下表规定：
The starter can be long time and with our thermal relay working.The frequency can be 600times/hour in short time and repeatly working.
Attraction coil can reliably work when 85％-110％ rated voltage.Its released voltage approximately is 70-20％ rated voltage.
The started contact in the operating frequency is 600/hours,the circular telegram continues to lead for the merit 40％.Puts through thg rated voltage,6 time of nominal currents,separate 0.16 times of multiple frequency voltage,the nominal current put through,when separation the factor is 0.35,Its electrical life is not lower than 640,000 times.
The starter’s mechanical life is 3 million times.
The starter’s auxiliary contact,its nominal current is 5A.
The thermal relay has the temperture compensation organization,May balance the temperture which is caused by the changes of voltage surrounding temperature.
